Group Crossfit Class

Group classes are the core component of developing general physical preparedness at CrossFit Kinesis. Group classes are offered Monday through Friday in the morning, noon, and evening and Saturday & Sunday mornings. Before joining our group classes, members are required to complete our pre-requisite series of on-ramp sessions. Members pay a monthly membership fee and may attend unlimited group class sessions that fit within their schedule each month. Our group CrossFit classes are recommended for anyone interested in developing and increasing base fitness capacities and well-rounded abilities. Our classes are universally scalable for participants of all abilities.
