Gymnastics Skills Class

This small group class focuses on developing the gymnastics skills that are common in Crossfit programming like handstand push-ups, handstand walking, ring dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups, etc. A typical class will include flexibility work, a gymnastics skill based warm up, skill training, and a metabolic conditioning workout that incorporates gymnastics skills. Participation is limited to ensure an appropriate coach-to-athlete ratio.
