Step 2: On Ramp

Your safety is our first priority and because of this, all new CrossFit Kinesis members must complete 5 fundamental on-ramp sessions. These small group classes focus on educating new members in the methodologies and proper movement techniques needed to be successful in safely joining our regularly scheduled classes.

    I did Crossfit for 3 months towards the end of 2016. We just moved to the Gretna area. I used to go to Viral near 168th and Maple, which I liked a lot. I would want to go twice a week or maybe 3 times. Can you send me more information on the prices?
