Private Coaching

Private Coaching is a truly individualized, effective, and efficient way to achieve your fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify measurable fitness goals for yourself, assess your movement patterns, and design a program specifically geared toward improving your deficiencies, optimizing your strengths, and reaching your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health or physical limitations, or just prefer the individualized attention and accountability inherent in working in a 1-on-1 setting.
